Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

·                  Refunds or replacements are offered only for products that arrive DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED.

·                  No returns or refunds are accepted for reasons such as customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or order selection errors.

·                  Only items that are unopened, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice are eligible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

·                  Email a return request to our support team at support@krunchify.in within 5 (five) days of delivery. Please include your order ID in the subject line and details of the item(s) to be returned.

·                  Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return process instructions.

·                  Reverse pickup charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of return acceptance.

Return Process & Condition

·                  Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

·                  Returns sent without prior authorization or after the stipulated window may not be accepted.

Refunds

·                  Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days to the original payment method.

·                  For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made as store credit.

·                  No refunds will be issued for non-eligible items or for returns where packaging or product is found to be tampered/used.

Cancellations

·                  Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing the support team with the order ID. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

·                  For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days.

Non-Returnable Items

·                  Opened or used perishable snacks and food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

·                  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

·                  Items requested for return/exchange after the return window.
