At Krunchify, we work hard to make sure your favorite snacks reach you as fresh and crunchy as possible.
• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
• Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location. Estimated timelines will be shared with you at checkout or via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship across India. (For remote or special locations, delivery times may vary.)
• Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Krunchify package on its journey to you.
• Delays: While we always aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (like courier delays, weather disruptions, or festivals) may occasionally affect timelines. If this happens, our team will keep you updated.
