• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship across India. (For remote or special locations, delivery times may vary.)
• Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Krunchify package on its journey to you.
• Delays: While we always aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (like courier delays, weather disruptions, or festivals) may occasionally affect timelines. If this happens, our team will keep you updated.
Return Policy
At Krunchify, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in preparing, packing, and shipping your order so it reaches you fresh and krunchy. Since our products are food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds
